What cellphone that will play a recorded message and will answer the caller if ever I’m away?

This phone has a default voice message that will automatically answer incoming calls if I enabled it. It will ask the caller to leave their messages. However, this phone is already phased-out because it was released last 2004. I couldn’t get a new cellphone that has this kind of feature or even on newer versions of Samsung cellphones. Would anyone knows?
